1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3-8 business days

    • International Orders: 8-15 business days (may vary depending on customs processing).

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


4. Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at @oneofoneclubco@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


5. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We are not responsible for packages held by customs.


6. Wrong Address Policy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
